Courtney Puttick joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be focusing her efforts on sales and leasing operations.  She has spent the last two years working in the investment sales market in New York.  Courtney has significant experience in managing the sales process from start to finish and will be handling sales and leasing operations for all the markets that CPEX covers.
 
Courtney began her real estate career by joining, Managing Partner, Brian Leary’s sale team at Massey Knakal Realty Services as an associate two years ago.  While working under Brian she gained an extensive knowledge of every aspect of the sales process in addition to an invaluable insight into the development market.  Her responsibilities included market research, valuating properties, preparing marketing packages, client reporting, conducting property tours, maintaining accurate mailing/ investor lists, and aiding in the execution of the sale of properties.  At CPEX, she took on the role of sales and  leasing operations, acting as a liaison between the  business lines and operations.  She  works alongside each broker to guide them through the sales  and leasing processes.
 
Courtney graduated from Indiana University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Apparel Merchandising with a Minor in Business Foundations.  While in college she held two prestigious internships in the fashion world.  The first was at the high end luxury brand, Gianfranco Ferre’s New York showroom.  The next was at C&M Media, a fashion public relations firm specializing in extremely high end designers. 
 
Courtney was raised on Staten Island and currently resides in New York City’s Gramercy Park Neighborhood.
